PETRONASH Engineering has its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Irungattukottai, Sriperumbudur, INDIA. The facility is 50 km from the closest Sea Port and 30 km from the Chennai Airport, with easy access to roads suitable for heavy vehicle transportation. 

The unit is a full-fledged product development cum manufacturing unit. It has a well-planned testing facility, warehouse, etc., The facility is equipped with the latest technology and high-end machine tools like CNC Turning Centre, CNC Turn-mill, Vertical Machine Centre, Lathe machines, Drilling machines, and Laser engraving machines to ensure quality products. 

It has a state-of-the-art testing facility to test the manufactured products and packages at high pressure. Safety is a core value at PETRONASH Engineering, and we strive continuously for a safe workplace for our personnel. We endeavour to ensure that our environment is clean. Our facility is ISO 9001-2015 & 45001-2018 certified for Quality and Health and Safety.

 

Our facility is certified with ASME U and NB R stamp certification for manufacturing accumulators and pressure vessels as per ASME code.

Machine Shop

Our machine shop is equipped with latest and high-end CNC machineries for cutting, turning, milling, threading process with suitable conventional machines for rough processing.

Fabrication

Petronash Engineering has a full-fledged fabrication shop suitable for fabrication of equipment and skids. The facility is equipped with overhead cranes. The skid packages with height up to 5 Meters and length of more than 10 meters can be fabricated and assembled with ease. Petronash engineering has highly qualified welders and fabricators with proper certifications who can take up any challenging jobs.

Assembly & Testing Facility

One of the major strengths of Petronash Engineering is it’s in house capability of product / package assembly and testing. With required machineries and manpower, any high-pressure equipment even with pressure up to 1500 Bar.g can be tested inline with customer’s requirement.
